Popcorn ceiling removal in Kitchener's Centreville-Chicopee area costs $4.50 per sq ft for an unpainted ceiling, fully finished. That price is all-inclusive: removal, two skim coats, primer and two coats of paint. Latex-painted ceilings are $6.50/sq ft and oil-base painted ceilings are $7.50/sq ft, since painted texture takes longer to strip.
