• Patch or replace: we cut out and replace sagging or soft drywall.
• Skim coat: $2.50/sqft for skim coat only, or $3.50/sqft full service, to blend the repaired area.
• Stain blocking and paint: we prime with a stain blocker so the water ring doesn't bleed through.
